These Are The Alliance Requirements

Minimum 20 million army size and you should maintain at least that after every ascension.
That you have ascended at least once, if not make up for it with your account.
Minimum 5 posts per week in the forum, or have a good reason not to.
Must be an active player.
Must be willing to help out the alliance.
Minimum growth of 500k UU per week.
No more than 35% of your army in defense + covert. This is to prevent you from being hurt too badly if massed.(preferably less)
No war mongers or trouble makers as of now.
