Hi, I am Chronus Leader/Diplomat for The 4 Spheres. I am requesting a NAP with the Aztec Empire that I hope will grow into more as my alliance gets stronger.

Did you guys ever make a decision regarding my NAP request? Also, why has KING OF CHAOS declared war on me and my alliance?
